Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
- Establish and ensure efficient operation of a robust Internal Control system in the company.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, increased revenues and eventually increased profit.
- Develop and implement organization's financial goals.
- Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks.
- Supervise Treasury management including cash management activities.
- Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Having a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in related field will be an advantage.
